  • Service Cancellation: If a client cancels a service before our team has started work on it.

Once a service has commenced (for example, advisory sessions started or research delivered), refunds will not be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of payment and are approved only in cases of duplicate payments, technical errors, or valid cancellations.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following categories are non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed 1-on-1 Advisory sessions
  • Delivered Personalized Research Reports
  • Access to Educational Courses or learning materials once purchased
  • Active Account Management or Portfolio Management subscriptions already in progress
  • Any service where time, expertise, or third-party resources have been allocated

Once a digital or consultancy service has been completed, it cannot be refunded.

4. Rescheduling or Adjustments

Clients may request to reschedule or adjust service timelines before commencement. Our team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests based on availability and service capacity.

For ongoing services such as account management or advisory retainers, adjustments may be made to the next billing cycle where applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., PayFast, bank transfer).
  • It may take 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
  • Clients will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
  • We reserve the right to deduct administrative or processing fees (if applicable).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned through the same payment channel (JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit/credit card).

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a service outcome, please contact our Client Support team before requesting a refund.

Many concerns can be resolved through clarification, adjustments, or an alternative service arrangement.

We aim to handle all refund or dispute cases fairly, efficiently, and professionally.

In extraordinary cases such as verified service errors, compliance issues, or technical failures, partial or full refunds may be approved at the discretion of Youngs Capital management.
